六月十三日中午12:00-15:00在成大辦了一場非正式的座談, 主題是兩種STS: STS of Science Education and STS of Science Studies. 這是一場十分有趣的談話. 會中與會者各輸己見, 也有許多的交集和激盪.
在這裡, 並沒有想要報告當天的對話, 而是想記錄一下在這場對話後的後續想法.
1. Science studies study the practices of science enterprise, science education create the future science practices.
2. Science Education is a part of science studies. Science education studies the youngth of scientists, science studies study the successful practioners of science-like activities.
3. It's hrad to study the impact of societal and cultural factors of scientists; this could be more studied more easier to see the effects on science learners.
4. It seems easily applying SS to SE; there are cases such as NOS, Authentic science, conceptual change, philogenesis and ontogenesis of science conception, and so on. On the contrary, SS seems not been benifited from SE. What kinds of interaction will be created of these two field in addition to applying SS to SE?
